SafeWork SA is currently experiencing a large volume of applications, meaning plant design and registrations are experiencing longer than expected processing times. While priority is considered, processing of your application could take several months.
SafeWork SA can only issue licenses to a Natural Person (Individual), a Statutory Corporation, a Company, or an Incorporated Association. Applications submitted in the name of a Trust, or a Partnership cannot be accepted.
It is your responsibility to ensure your licence remains current.
Renewals
For licences that are renewable, you will receive an email from SafeWork SA prior to the expiry of your licence.
The easiest way to renew is by following the link in the renewal email.
