Notification of appointment of Mine Holder/Operator

The mine holder is the person conducting a business or undertaking with control over a right or entitlement to carry out mining operations. The mine holder may appoint another person to be the mine operator.

Notification of the mine operator must be forwarded to us before mining operations commence at the mine.
