The People at Work (PAW) survey and platform will be decommissioned over the next 12 months.
Since its launch in 2020, the free survey has helped about 5,000 Australian businesses assess psychosocial risks and hazards in their workplace. More than 160,000 individual workers have participated in the surveys.
Due to changes in legislation, newly developed tools and updated research on psychosocial hazards, the PAW survey may no longer fully meet the needs of organisations and small businesses seeking to explore psychosocial hazards in their workplace.
