Ensign's Journey to becoming a High Reliability Organisation (HRO) Thursday 26 October 11.45am to 12.45pm Theatre 4, The Palace Nova, 3 Cinema Place (off 250 Rundle St), Adelaide Ensign Australia is a land base drilling contractor providing drilling services to energy companies engaged in oil and gas exploration. An incident occurred in 2013 resulting in a serious injury to an employee in a remote region of South Australia. Hear the account of this incident including the rehabilitation of the worker as well as the changes made to Ensign's processes that have resulted in operational efficiencies and safety performance.
