Precautionary measure due to COVID-19
The health and wellbeing of the public and our staff are our priority and safety is the core of our business. As a precautionary measure, we have made the decision to minimise face-to-face contact and temporarily close our Customer Service Front Counters effective from 19 March 2020 until further notice. We will continue to be available via phone and email.
There are no known cases or exposure of COVID-19 at SafeWork SA.
Critical and emergency incidents will be dealt with as a priority and there may be delays to other general enquiries and requests.
Emergencies and critical incidents
Please report all serious workplace injuries and incidents immediately on 1800 777 209 (24 hours). Our inspectors will continue to respond and attend workplaces as required.
Customer Service Centre
Our customer service centre will continue to operate during business hours via phone and email only.

Online licensing portal
You can access self service functions for licences on our website. You will need to log into our licensing portal where you can view all of your licences, payment history and expiry dates for each licence. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
