SafeWork SA has identified a lack of understanding relating to the rights and obligations of EPH, unions, and businesses.
Information developed covers topics including:

• Entry requirements
• WHS requirements
• Suspected contravention
• Rights of EPH and businesses
• Behaviours
• Dispute resolution

SafeWork SA Executive Director, Martyn Campbell said SafeWork SA’s role is not only as a safety regulator but also to educate and inform.

“The new information available will assist in providing clarity on expectations under the WHS Act.

Our aim is that by providing guidance, we can work together with businesses and unions for a greater understanding of the roles we all have in creating safe workplaces for all South Australians”, said Mr Campbell.
