SafeWork SA confirms that they are investigating the death of a male worker in his 20’s after being crushed by a steel tank that fell from a gantry crane at a manufacturing plant on Tuesday, 23 February 2021.
SafeWork SA offers condolences to his family, friends and colleagues at this distressing and sad time.
SafeWork SA will not release further information while the investigation is ongoing.
