SafeWork SA and the Port Adelaide Enfield Council have put in place road closures around a College Street demolition site due to safety concerns.
SafeWork SA yesterday attended a demolition site on College Street, Port Adelaide after concerns were raised by members of the public.
On investigation, SafeWork SA prohibited all work on site until adequate safety measures are put in place to manage risk to workers and the public. Port Adelaide Enfield Council supported SafeWork SA’s actions by putting in road closures.
