  • Go Home On Time Day
    November 2013
    Numerous studies have shown that workers find it difficult to initiate discussion with management about work hours. National Go Home On Time Day encourages workplace dialogue about working hours, overwork and Work Life Balance.
    Life doesn't need to revolve around work. Go Home On Time Day is your chance to win back some Work Life Balance.
    SafeWork SA and The Australia Institute encourage South Australians to participate in Go Home On Time Day in 2013 (held on 21 November in 2012), the day Australia bucks the trend of long working hours and says no to last-minute meetings and unpaid overtime.

Launched in 2010, CEDA's Women in Leadership series aims to advance cultural and organisational change required to progress more women into leadership positions, and address the current workplace gender gap.
