Petroleum Products and Retail Outlets
Significant changes have been made to the Petroleum Products Regulation Act 1995. A new set of regulations has been made. These are called the Petroleum Products Regulations 2008. The changes to the Act and the new regulations took effect on 1 July 2008.
A licence is required to sell Motor Spirit.
