Hazard Alert No 114 Control of integrated plant and equipment was issued because many manufacturing facilities integrate multiple items of plant and equipment to create a production line. These items of plant may be sourced from different manufacturers or different countries of origin, and may use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) with a code written specifically for the equipment rather than the integrated unit.

Hazard Alert No 50 - Tractor Rollover Fatalities was issued in September 2002.

Since April 2002 SafeWork SA has investigated two tractor rollover fatalities. The danger of tractor overturning is greatly increased on hills and sloping ground. The design of wheeled tractors means that they can be unstable in many working situations, and experienced operators will sometimes find that they cannot control all the hazards.
