Specific application forms for Transport, Storage and Gas Fitting (vehicles) along with Information sheets are available from links at left.

Transport

Licences are required for Vehicles and Drivers for the carriage of certain Dangerous Goods.

Storage

A licence is required for the keeping of dangerous substances, LP Gas, and classes 3, 6 & 8.

Gas Fitting (vehicle)

A permit is required for installation, maintenance and repair of LPG/CNG as fuel systems fitted to any vehicle.

Notice of Installation of Flammable Liquid Tank

This form is to be completed within seven days of the installation of a tank (whether above ground or underground and with a capacity greater than 450 litres) that has been approved for installation by SafeWork SA for the storage of a petroleum product.

In the case of rural premises (greater than two hectares), where a tank has been installed, but no licence is required, this form is still required.

Notice of Installation of LPG Tank

This form is to be completed within seven days of the installation of a tank (whether above ground or underground and with a capacity greater than 500 litres) that has been approved for installation by SafeWork SA for the storage of a petroleum product.
