South Australia's biggest work health and safety campaign, National Safe Work Month, was held from 1 - 30 October 2015.
A tailored program included free information sharing events, developed in collaboration with community, government and industry stakeholders, in the Adelaide metropolitan area and selected regional locations. From a wellness summit and youth forum, to practical presentations about workplace hazards, there was something for everyone. Many of the presentations are available for you to view.
A number of South Australian businesses organised their own workplace activity - from toolbox talks and morning teas, to more formal training and awareness training sessions. Remember, work health and safety is everyone's responsibility, so start planning your activity now for Safe Work Month in October 2016 using our online tips, tools and resources.
All South Australians are encouraged to get involved in National Safe Work Month 2016 so we can all enjoy safe, fair, productive working lives.
