Unfair dismissal

If you feel you have been unfairly dismissed you can contact the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia or the Australian Industrial Relations Commission for information and help.

Discrimination and harassment

If you believe that you have been discriminated, sexually harassed or victimised then you may be entitled to lodge a complaint. Contact the Equal Opportunities Commission for more information.
