Hiring staff

When you hire staff for a new business, or add staff to an existing business, you take on responsibilities for ensuring that the workplace is safe for you and your employees.

A new worker is three times more likely to be injured at work than other workers. To avoid injury new workers will require time with their supervisor at the start of a new job to ensure they are properly inducted to the workplace.
