The fourth and final step of the hazard management process, review, involves monitoring the effectiveness of hazard management in your workplace.

A review of the entire hazard management process should be performed at regular intervals. This can be part of a regular inspection, when the work environment changes or when work practices change, to ensure that no new hazards have been introduced. It could also be part of a system audit.

This review process completes the continuous improvement cycle.
